Fun fact about me: I'm not the best writer. 

I am persistant. I've dedicated years of my life to improving my writing ability because I believe in my story. I've grown to love the discipline, and even if it doesn't pay off in monetary success, I still hope to make writing a lifelong practice. 

Some of my favorite authors include Madeleine L'engle, Ursula Le Guin, and C.S. Lewis. But reading the likes of Tolkein and Rowling encouraged my adoption of writing.

In my spare time, I hike with my wife, actively avoid gluten (unfortunely a new celiac), play guitar, build things with my dad, truly savor a morning coffee, and read.
